Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is the use of water to revitalize, maintain and restore health via many different treatments including: saunas, steam baths, foot baths, sits baths and the application of cold and hot water compresses. Here I have incorporated hydrotherapy through the use of body wraps to aide in a variety of health and body goals.

Administered by a skilled practitioner utilizing a single set of algorithms, EFT involves tapping on our bodies meridian points to aide and often eliminate various types of conditions. Nutritional counseling is tailored on an individualized basis to establish consumption habits. Aromatherapy is used to relive pain, care for the skin, alleviate tension and fatigue, and invigorate the entire body. Essential oils can effect the mood, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. When inhaled, the scents work on the brain and nervous system through stimulation of the olfactory nerves which in turn has a therapeutic effect on the body.

Aromatherapy Offered: $10.00 added to any therapy

• Bergamot
  Promotes body cleansing, mind clarification and spirit uplifting.
• Chamomile
  Excellent emotional calming properties, soothing, calming and healing to skin.
• Eucalyptus
  Body refreshing, invigoration of the mind and spirit purification.
• Geranium
  Body toning, mind normalizing and spirit opening.
• Lavender
  Body toning, mind balance and spirit soothing.
• Lemongrass
  Mind opening, body refreshing and spirit cheering (energizing).
